Biden-Harris Campaign Focuses on Small Business

Vice President Joe Biden and Senator Kamala Harris both have a strong record on small business including Biden’s leadership on small business recovery and Harris’ lead sponsorship of the “Saving Our Streets Act” that creates small business grants.

The campaign has increased its focus on small business, holding over a 20 small business roundtables and press conferences in the past month in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Nevada, Maine, Minnesota, North Carolina, Michigan, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Texas, Wisconsin and Virginia with special focus on African-American, Latino, AAPI and women owned businesses.

Biden and Harris have participated directly in a number of these small business discussions and raised these issues with the African-American, Latino, Jewish and AAPI communities.

Following on the LGBTQ Chamber endorsement of Biden-Harris the campaign continues to pick up strong small business support especially in the restaurants, manufacturing and retail sectors.

Specific position papers are available at www.joebiden.com/smallbusiness.
