September 29 WebEx session: login information

Please find attached the agenda for the Sept 29 WebEx session to discuss resolutions and vote on amendments to those resolutions. There are ground rules for the session in that document; please review them carefully. Also attached are the exact texts of the resolutions and the amendments for consideration.

The WebEx session will begin at 7am DC time on Tuesday, September 29. The WebEx login details and password are pasted below. All DA leaders and members are welcome to the meeting. Please remember, however, that only DPCA voting members will vote on the resolutions themselves by electronic ballot in October.

To review the remaining process for each of the seven resolutions under consideration:

1. Discussion of the proposed amendment to the resolution (if any) on Sept 29.

2. Voting on the proposed amendment to the resolution (if any) on Sept 29.

3. Discussion of the resolution itself on September 29.

4. Voting on whether to adopt the resolution by electronic ballot in October.

1.) Select this direct link to the meeting :

2.) Enter your name, _with your Country Code _ and email address. Note: If you don't know the code, just write your country and/or the group you represent. (This is not required to logon to the meeting)

3.) Enter the meeting password: dems

4.) Click "Join".

5.) When the WebEx Meeting Center application opens, _select the button that says "Call Using Computer"_ (in the Audio Conference pop-up box, under Use Computer for Audio), and you will be able to hear the call conversation.

6.) Please remember to always MUTE your microphone (use the Red Mute Mic button next to your name in the Participants List on the right side of the screen). This will make the audio much clearer for everyone on the call.
