Problem Reporting - WebEx Meetings Issue Report Form

Form for reporting problems and issues from WebEx meetings:

• Audio difficulties – unable to hear or speak during the meeting
• Video difficulties – unable to see other participants, or turn on own webcam
• Problems sharing PDF files, or sharing screen or other applications
