International postage IS needed if mailed from outside the US.
Postage IS NOT needed if sent via Embassy Diplomatic Pouch.
Printing templates for different size envelopes: C4 = full A4 letter paper, M65 = A4 tri-fold, No10 = standard US business size (fits A4 tri-fold).
