Resolution to amend the Democrats Abroad Charter by providing for the automatic dissolution of Country Committees that have been out of compliance for four (4) years

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Democrats Abroad Charter shall be amended by inserting a new Section 5.10 stating as follows:
Section 5.10 (Dissolution of Out of Compliance Country Committees)
If any committee country is out of compliance four (4) years in a row, it shall be automatically dissolved.
