Charter Res. 08B (out of compliance §5.10)

Resolution to amend the Democrats Abroad Charter by establishing a process to dissolve Country Committees that have been out of compliance for four (4) years

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Democrats Abroad Charter shall be amended as follows:
Section 5.10 shall be appended to Article 5 of the DA Charter as follows:
"If a Country Committee remains out-of-compliance (Section 5.4) or suspended (Section 5.9) for four consecutive years, the DPCA Executive Committee may dissolve the Country Committee and remove it from the DPCA by a 7/8ths vote. Members of a dissolved Country Committee become members-at-large of Democrats Abroad."
