Please provide an explanation on why this city will meet the needs of a Democrats Abroad Global Meeting.      International flights from around the world fly into San Jose.  It is the government and cultural capital of the country.  San Jose the best technical facilities in the country.  It is the jumping-off point for pre-and-post excursions.

Please describe the physical rooms available for all-members sessions and break-out groups.

There are many meeting room that vary in size from 12 to more than 1000 people.


Please describe the audio-visual and internet-access facilities.

They have an entire team available for audio visual needs.  List of equipment attached.

There is no charge for room rentals.

Public transport is available as well as taxis and Uber.  Some local volunteers have cars.  Also for group dinners or excursion, charter buses are available for very reasonable prices.
