DNC News ClipsPhiladelphia Inquirer: Democrats train students of color in battleground states, hoping to avoid Clinton’s 2016 mistakes
"The Democratic National Committee is hoping that a small army of mostly minority college students — including two cohorts in Pennsylvania — can help defeat President Donald Trump with a focus on field operations in key communities."
Politico: DNC seizes on Trump
"The DNC on Thursday blasted reporters with a laundry list of complaints about the Trump administration’s impact on farmers. It was the fourth time the DNC has specifically gone after the administration’s stance on agriculture in recent months, as Democrats continue to hammer Trump ahead of the 2020 election.
“Farmers are suffering, and Trump and his administration continue to make it worse,” the DNC said Thursday in a blast email from its so-called War Room."

Monthly Member Spotlight
Role: Native American Caucus Chair and DNC Member
How long have you been a member of the DNC?
I joined the DNC on August 27th, 2013.
What got you involved in the Democratic Party to begin with?
In 2007 a small group of us worked on then Senator Obama’s engagement strategy and policy platform for Indian Country. This was the first time in history a presidential candidate had paid any real attention to Indian Country and it was tremendously inspiring and incredibly fulfilling.
What do you do professionally?
I serve as the General Counsel of the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation and oversee all legal work for the Tribal Government and all of its enterprises including its Foxwoods Resort Casino.
What do you like to do outside of the DNC?
My life’s work truly is my family. The best part of life is spending time with my wife and three children and watching them play, laugh and smile.
